Must-Eat in South Tyrol

Echte italienische Pizza

We South Tyrolean people only eat real Italian pizza, because only here it tastes so delicious. You will agree after your first Margherita, Capprisciosa or Diavola in one of our favourite pizzerias. Paired with a glass of South Tyrolean wine or beer, you feel like in heaven. Our secrets for best pizza places… will be kept until your arrival. 😉

Kulinarische Genüsse

The round delicacies, also called Knödel in South Tyrol, are available in all varieties. If you want to taste all, you probably have to extend your holiday. The classics are with ham, cheese or spinach, but also sweet with apricots, plums or nougat filling are a real pleasure. The best recommendations are already waiting for you.

All the delicious food on South Tyrol’s huts make it very difficult to keep some space for something sweet. For Kaiserschmarrn, you should definitely do so. Served with cranberry jam, mashed apples, prepared with or without raisins – it always tastes yummy. Our tip: First the hike, then the Kaiserschmarrn. 🙂
